Building a Business Case for Innovation

Students analyze currently "hot" or emerging technologies from life science and especially biotech industries /R&D for economic potential, develop a market introduction strategy and evaluate the associated economic, technological, social, IP-related drivers and background. Next to business case analysis, the course focuses on presentation skills, entrepreneural development tools and the basic principles of innovation.

In this course we will look into the formulation of biologics, discuss different delivery and targeting strategies as well as the test systems applied to in vitro evaluate DMPK and PD properties.
